A full credit refund will be issued if :

Wherever possible parents will be notified of cancellation 72 hours in advance of the course starting although in some cases this may not be practical.

Refunds will be supplied within 2 weeks of the cancellation. Where credit is issued, parents will be notified of the amount of credit they are due via email.

Credit refunds are valid indefinitely and can be used on any Sports Direction Coaching service. They can also be transferred to another name.

Cancellation by parent

If a child is unable to attend a course for any reason we will issue either a full refund or full credit refund wherever possible. We ask that parents give as much notice as possible as it may not be possible to refund if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the course beginning.
